This privacy policy applies to the PoseMe app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices created by Abdulsamet Palitçı (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"). The Application is provided "AS IS".

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This may include:

• Your device's IP address
• Pages of the Application you visit, time and date of visit, time spent
• Operating system of your mobile device

The Application does not gather precise device location.

For a better experience, while using PoseMe, the Service Provider may request user-uploaded photos. All uploaded photos are processed securely and solely for the purpose of generating AI-based transformations, including face swaps, professional headshots, AI portraits, age progression, and entertainment effects. No additional biometric or identity-related data is collected.

Since PoseMe’s core feature involves AI photo swaps and edits:

• Data Use: User-selected photos are used only to generate requested AI transformations (such as face swaps, portraits, and enhancements).
• Data Transmission: When you use AI features, your photos are sent to Google services for AI processing. These photos are transmitted securely and used solely to generate the requested results.
• User Consent: The Application explicitly asks for your permission before any photo is sent to third-party AI services. If you do not allow this, your photo will not be transmitted or processed.
• Storage: Photos are temporarily stored only as needed to generate results and are automatically deleted shortly after processing.
• Third-Party Processing: Google services may temporarily process and store images solely for the purpose of delivering AI-generated results. These images are not used for advertising, profiling, or training unrelated AI models.

Aggregated and anonymized data may be shared with third parties to improve the Application. The Application uses third-party services that have their own privacy policies:

• Google Services
• AdMob

You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application via your device’s standard uninstall process.

User-provided photos are retained only as long as necessary to complete the requested transformations. After processing, if the user does not save the image, the uploaded photo is automatically deleted. For deletion requests, contact abdulsametpalitci@gmail.com.

PoseMe is not intended for children under 13, and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from them.

The Service Provider uses physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect user information.

This Privacy Policy may be updated. Continued use of the Application constitutes consent to all changes.
